Brad Anderson is an aggressive criminal defense attorney with experience in State and Federal Court. Brad has devoted his entire career to criminal defense, it is his passion. Additionally, Mr. Anderson worked on some of the highest profile and most complex cases in the state of Utah; including defending former Attorney General John Swallow -- which resulted in a verdict of not guilty on all counts. Further, Mr. Anderson represented Defendants in Federal Court in the Washakie Renewable Energy Fraud case. Brad Anderson knew from a young age that he wanted to be an attorney. Throughout high school he participated in mock trial and won many awards. In addition, Brad interned at the Tooele County Prosecutor's office. This gave him insight to how prosecutors think and proceed through the criminal justice system. Brad attended the University of Utah and received a bachelor's degree in political science. During law school, Brad worked with a number of prominent criminal defense attorneys on a variety of felony and misdemeanor cases including homicide, sex offenses, drug offenses, DUIs, bank fraud, and appellate work. Mr. Anderson was even chosen by his professor to compete on the University of Utah's trial advocacy team.
